One-bedroom apartment: (approx. 50 m2) consists of a bedroom with double bed, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Suitable for 1-4 guests.

Two-bedroom apartment:(approx. 62 m2) consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a spaciuous living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Suitable for 2-6 guests.

Two-bedroom superior apartment:(approx. 80 m2) consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a spaciuous living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bathrooms and a toilette. Suitable for 2-6 guests.

Three-bedroom apartment:(approx. 100 m2) consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a spaciuous living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bathrooms and toilets. Suitable for 3-6 guests.

Kitchen facilities: modern equipment, microwave, electric stove, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker.

Others: air condition, satellite TV, iron and board, DVD player, wifi, balcony.

Notes

- the keys can be collected in the office located in the same building between 9:00-24:00,
beyond office hours the key handover is done in the apartment
- please provide your arrival time
- payment required upon arrival in cash
- upon arrival a deposit of 1 night has to be paid
- children under 12 receive 50% discount
- children under 6 stay for free
- If the accommodation fee exceeds 2000 EUR a pre-payment is required.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
Local tax is not included (4%).
The minimum stay is 3 nights at weekends, New Year's Eve, Easter, Pentecost
and Formula 1 (27th to 30th July 2012).
During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 5 days before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 5 days before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
