The apartment is in a side street of the walking street Vaci utca, only 2 minutes away. In the nearby streets many restaurants, pubs and cafés can be found.

Interesting sights nearby: Central Market Hall, Danube Promenade, National Museum, Gellért Bath, Liberty Bridge.

Getting around: blue metro line (M3) Kálvin sq, Ferenciek tere, tram nr. 2, 47, 49.

Description

Bright and sunny apartment on the first floor (no elevator) of a uniquely designed residential building. The bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of wardorobe space. The livingroom and kitchen area is not separated creating a huge space and airy feeling. A cosy TV corner, a dining table for 4 persons and a single bed can be found there. The kitchen is very modern and has all the necessary equippments. The bathroom is also quite large giving place for a decorative corner tub. On hot summer days you can enjoy the terrace that faces a smaller side street with hardly any traffic.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dish washer, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, fan, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008). and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
