Advance payment:
If you book at least 14 days in advance and pre-pay the full amount, you receive discount from the daily rate. (The pre-payment is not refundable in case of cancellation).
Description
The apartments can be found close to the Opera, not far from Deák square in a quiet sidestreet. Many attractions are located within walking distance and the public transport connections are great.
Interesting spots nearby: Opera, Deák suqare, Synagogue, Andrássy Avenue, St. Stephan Basilica, Oktogon and Liszt Ferenc square.
Getting around: metro line M1 is a few steps away, but Deak tér with the other 2 lines (M2, M3) and trams nr. 47, 49 is also close, Oktogon with trams nr. 4, 6 is 5 minutes away.
The apartments are all located in the same building which is ideal for smaller groups or larger families, too. All the apartments are well-equipped, nicely furnished, high standard flats.
Parking is available in a public garage next door.
One-bedroom apartment: the bedroom has a doublebed, the livingroom has a double sofabed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, balcony.
Two-bedroom apartment: both bedroom has a doublebed, the livingroom has a double sofabed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms one with ensuite and one with separate toilet, balcony, wardrobe.
Kitchen facilities: modern equipment, microwave, electric stove, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker.
Others: air condition, satellite TV, iron and board, DVD player (against deposit).
Notes
- the keys can be collected in the groundfloor office in the building between 09:00-17:00, beyond office hours the key handover is done in the apartment
- please provide your arrival time
- payment required upon arrival in cash
- upon arrival a deposit of 1 night has to be paid
- children under 8 receive 50% discount
- children under 2 stay for free
- free cleaning every 5th day
Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
Local tax is not included (431 Ft/person/day).
The minimum stay is 3 nights at New Year's Eve and Pentecost (10th to 13th June), 7 nights at Easter (16th to 22nd April) and Formula 1 (29th July to 1st August 2011).
During the Sziget Festival (9-16th August) the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
