Apartment location

The apartment can be found in the pedestrian street Vaci utca, between Fövám tér and Irányi utca. At the end of the street the Central Market Hall caters for every needs, but some smaller non-stop super markets are also around. In the summer time the street is covered by the terraces of the numerous cafés and restaurants. The most prestigous brands have shops nearby.

Interesting sights nearby: Central Market Hall, Danube Promenade, National Museum, Gellért Bath, Liberty Bridge.

Getting around: blue metro line (M3) Kálvin sq, Ferenciek tere, tram nr. 2, 47, 49.

Description

The apartment is a studio, however quite large. Making use of the 4 meters inner height, there is a sleeping loft with a double bed. Below a separate livingroom area with a sitting corner and a convertible bed for 2 persons. A dining area for 4 persons and an equipped kitchen also belong to the apartment. The bathrom has shower.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, kettle, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, air-condition (mobile unit), baby cot on request.

- the key can be collected at the apartment, please provide your expected arrival time and mobile number in advance
- cash payment is required upon arrival
- one night deposit is necessary upon arrival

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.

Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
