Location of the apartment

Belgrad rakpart is the quay along the Danube, excellent location to discover the city. The apartement has a view on the Buda side and Gellért Hill.

There are several restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. Váci utca, the main walking street can be reached in 1 minute.

Interesting sights nearby: Liberty Bridge, Danube Promenade, Váci utca, Central Market Hall, Gellért Bath.

Getting around: tram nr. 2, 47, 49, blue metro line Ferenciek tere.

Apartment description

Located on the first floor of a nice residential building (no elevator). Spacious rooms with brand new furniture.

Room 1: 5 separated beds
Room 2: 3 separated beds
Room 3: 3 separated beds

Some of the beds can be put together and used as a double.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area too.
There are 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub).

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, hairdryer.

Notes

- the key can be collected at the apartment
- please provide your expected arrival time and mobile number in advance
- cash payment is required upon arrival
- 100 EUR deposit is necessary upon arrival, it will be returned if no damage was made

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 5 nights at New Year's, for Easter and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010) 3 nights stay is requested. During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
