Apartment location
The street is a one way street parallel with Vaci utca, there is very few traffic. Shops, restaurants, cafés can be reached in some minute. Metro and tram stops are appr. 3-5 minutes walk away.
Interesting sights nearby: Central Market Hall, Danube Promenade, National Museum, Gellért Bath, Liberty Bridge.
Getting around: blue metro line (M3) Kálvin sq, Ferenciek tere, tram nr. 2, 47, 49.
Description
Nicely renovated 3rd floor apartment with lot of sun shine. The main bedroom has a doublebed and plenty of storage place. The second bedroom has a singlebed, a work desk and a wardrobe. In the livingroom there are two convertible beds for 1-1 person. The bathroom with tub/shower is both accessible from the main bedroom and the livingroom. There is a large diningroom and a separate kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and a small breakfast table.
Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.
Others: small balcony, satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request.

Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 5 nights at New Year's, for Easter and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010) 3 nights stay is requested. During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
