Apartment location

Description

The apartment is situated in a renovated residential building, on the first floor. In the bedroom there is a doublebed, in the livingroom a convertible sofabed armchairs and a TV-set can be found. The large kitchen is fully equipped and it has a small dining table.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, electric kettle, toaster, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, bedsheets and towels are provided.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included.
Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010) minimum 3 nights stay required. For the Sziget Festival special conditions apply.


Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
