Apartment location

The flat is located in a street, paralell with the pedestrian Vaci utca. The one-way street has few traffic. Several shops, cafés, restaurants are within easy reach.

Interesting sights nearby: Central Market Hall, Danube Promenade, National Museum, Gellért Bath, Liberty Bridge.

Getting around: blue metro line (M3) Kálvin sq, Ferenciek tere, tram nr. 2, 47, 49.

Description

Being on the 3rd floor, the apartment is bright and silent. The large size allows couples or small groups travelling together to have their space and privacy. There are three rooms each with a doublebed, workdesk and wardrobe. In the biggest room there is an additional Tv corner with a cosy sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and is in the same space with the dining area. The bathroom is also spacious and has a bathtub/shower.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request, extrabed available.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
