Apartment location

The apartments can be found in a nice green street only a corner away from the Parliament building. The area is full of art and antique shops and several restaurants and cafés are within easy reach.

Interesting sights nearby: Parliament building with the Coronation Jewels, Museum of Ethnography, Margaret Island, West End Shopping Center, Chain Bridge

Getting around: red metro line (M2) Kossuth sq, tram nr. 2, 4, 6.

Description

The two apartments are totally identical with same layout and size. They are located below each other. There is a bedroom with a doublebed, a smaller room with two separate beds and a livingroom with a convertible sofa for 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table too. The bathroom is equipped with shower and there is a separate toilette.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request.

Notes

- the key can be collected at the apartment, please provide your expected arrival time and mobile number in advance
- cash payment is required upon arrival
- one night deposit is necessary upon arrival

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
