Apartment location
The apartment has an ideal downtown location. The street is parallel with Vci utca, the main walking street. There are many restaurants, cafés and shops around. Public transportation facilities can be reached easily but many sight are within walking distance.
Interesting sights nearby: Central Market Hall, Danube Promenade, National Museum, Gellért Bath, Liberty Bridge.
Getting around: blue metro line (M3) Kálvin sq, Ferenciek tere, tram nr. 2, 47, 49.
Description
The apartment is on the 4th floor therefore it is bright and sunny. The livingroom faces a small gren inner yard. The main bedroom has a doublebed and a huge wardrobe with planty of space for clothes. The second bedroom is smaller in size, but also has a doublebed. In the livingroom there is a cosy TV corner with LCD TV, leather sofa and armchairs. The sofa can be opened and is suitable for 1 person to sleep. There is also a dining corner for 6. The bathroom was also fully renovated and ha s a shower.
Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and washing machine.
Others: air-conditon, satellite TV, LCD TV, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request, extrabed available.

Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
