Apartment location
The apartment can be found at a nice square with a small park, the traffic is limited. The Vaci utca is a one minute walk away, where a number of pleasant cafés and restaurants await the guests. A small grocery store is a few steps from the house and a bigger one can be reached in 2 minutes.
Interesting sights nearby: Chain Bridge, Danube Promenade, Váci utca, Gerbaud Café, St. Stephen Basilica.
Getting around: red, blue, yellow metro line (M1, M2, M3) Deák sq, tram nr. 47, 49, bus nr. 15, 16.
Description
Cosy 1st floor apartment with high walls in a well located residential building. The main room has a convertible bed for two persons, a TV corner and wardrobes. In the second room there is a sleeping loft with a doublebed, a dining corner, a workdesk and a sitting sofa. The kitchen has the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom has shower.
Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, electric kettle, stove and oven.
Others: free high speed internet connection (ADSL), satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request.

Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010). During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
