Apartment location

Blaha Lujza square, where the apartment is located, is a major traffic junction. It is easy to get around: metro, bus and tram stops are within a short walk. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. The apartment faces a small side street, where you can find a public parking place. An internet café is also just around the corner.

Interesting sights nearby: The Ring, New York Café, Synagogue, Elisabeth Bridge, Eastern Railway Station (Keleti Pu.)

Description

The apartment is on the 4th floor, the building has an elevator. In the livingroom the sofa is suitable for 1 person and there is a sitting corner with TV set. The first bedroom has a doublebed, the second one three single beds. A dining area and an equipped kitchen also belong to the flat. The bathroom has shower and there are two toilets.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

- cash payment is required upon arrival

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (31st July to 4th August 2008) minimum 4 nights stay required.

Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
