Nicely renovated studio flat with a double bed and TV corner. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom has tub/shower.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, micro wave, toaster, electric kettle, stove.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

- cash payment is required upon arrival

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010) minimum 3 nights stay required. During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights and special conditions apply.


Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
