Location of the apartment

The apartment can be found in the walking area, at Váci utca. There are luxury boutiques and elegant restaurants in the neighbourhood. The famous Café Gerbaud is next door. Getting around is very easy but many of the sights can be reached by a short walk too.

Interesting sights nearby: Chain Bridge, Danube Promenade, Váci utca, Gerbaud Café, St. Stephen Basilica.

Getting around: red, blue, yellow metro line (M1, M2, M3) Deák sq, tram nr. 47, 49, bus nr. 15, 16.

Description

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. The larger ones have singlebeds and a convertible sofa for two. The smaller one has 3 singles. To ensure the comfort of all the guests there are 3 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers) and a large kitchen/diningarea.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.

Others: free Wifi, balcony, satellite Tv, washing machine, hairdryer.

- the key can be collected at the apartment
- please provide your expected arrival time and mobile number in advance
- cash payment is required upon arrival
- 100 EUR deposit is necessary upon arrival, it will be returned if no damage was made

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 5 nights at New Year's, for Easter and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010) 3 nights stay is requested. During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
