Apartment location

The apartment is very close to the St. Stephan Basilika and Central European University. There are many small restaurants and ambient cafés around. Two green areas: the parks at Deák square and Szabadság square are only a 2 minutes walk away.

Description

The apartment is suitable for max. 3 persons. There are 2 single beds, that can be put together, if requested. For the 3rd person there is a convertible sofa. The kitchen is small but has the necessary equipments for a convenient stay. The bathroom has sower.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, electric kettle, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (31st July to 4th August 2008) minimum 3 nights stay required.

Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
