The apartment is located in a paralell street with Váci utca, tha main shopping street of Budapest. Many restaurants, cafés and bars are within walking distance.

Apartment description

Two separate bedrooms: one with a doublebed, the other one with two singles. The livingroom has a convertible sofa for 2. Two bathrooms, kitchen with dining area serve the comfort of the guests.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven and washing machine.

Others: satellite TV, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 3 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, for Easter and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2011) 3 nights stay is requested. During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
