Location of the apartments

The residential building can be found in Király utca, close to Deák square. Central location with shopping and amusement facilities close by.

Interesting sights nearby: Andrássy Avenue, Operahouse, Váci utca, Gerbaud Café, St. Stephen Basilica.

Description

Studio apartments are 32 square metres, with a unique spacious room and balcony they are ideal for couples.

One-bedroom apartments size are between 45-55 sq m and can accommodate 4-6 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one or two fold-out sofas. Most of the one-bedroom apartments have a balcony.

Two-bedroom apartments are 80 sq m, which are suitable for 6+1 people and feature two bedrooms and a balcony. There are double beds in the bedrooms and one fold-out sofa in the living room.

Superior two-bedroom apartments are 80 sqm, this type has a balcony and can accommodate up to 6+1 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a fold-out sofa.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, electric kettle, stove and oven.

Others: free Wifi, satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request.

Notes

The check-in point is in the office (same building with the apartments), opening time 9.00 - 20.00 every day. Earlier and later check-in is available upon request. Please send your appr. arrival information and mobile phone number when making the reservation. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards or travel checkes are accepted.
In case of booking of groups from 7 persons or 2 apartments a deposit in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc.

The price includes beddings, towels, use of the WIFI and local tax. Cleaning takes place on every 5th day, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra fee (3500 HUF/occassion).

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, bedding and towels, use of the WIFI.
Credit card guarantee is requested to secure your booking.
VAT and tourist tax are also included. In special periods and seasons (New Year's Eve, Easter, Formula 1, Sziget Festival, high season) the minimum stay is 3 nights. If you wish to stay only 1 night, please inquire. In extra season or in case of staying 7 nights or more, in case of a reservation 2 apartments or more pre-payment is required.
Within 5 days before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 5 days before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
