If you book at least 14 days in advance and pre-pay the full amount, you receive 10% discount. (The pre-payment is not refundable in case of cancellation).

Apartment Description
The apartments are located right behind the Opera, not far from Oktogon in a quiet sidestreet. Many attractions are within easy reach, the public transport is very good.
Interesting sights nearby: Opera, Oktogon, Andrassy Avenue, St. Stephan Basilica, Synagogue, Liszt Ferenc square.
Getting around: metro line M1 is a few steps away, Oktogon with trams nr. 4, 6 is 5 minutes away.
The apartments are in the same recently built, modern building.
Studio: double sofabed, one extra bed can be added, bathroom and toilet, fully equipped kitchen.
One-bedroom: bedroom with doublebed and wardrobe, livingroom with double sofabed, one extra bed can be added. Bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen.
Two-bedroom apartments: have a big living room and two separate bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Suitable for 4 people.
Kitchen facilities: microwave, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster.
Others: WiFi internet, sat TV, DVD player, washing machine, iron and board, garage available for 13 EUR/day, laundry, bar, beauty salon in the building.

- the keys can be collected in the reception of Broadway hostel, that operates in the same building
- please provide arrival time and mobile number in advance
- payment is upon arrival in cash
- one night deposit is required upon arrival
- under age 6, children stay for free
- In extra season, in case of staying 5+ nights, when bookin 2 or more apartments: 30% of the total amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 30 days prior to arrival. These bookings can be cancelled 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days the 30% is non refundable.
Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required. In extra season (New Year's Eve, Easter, Formula 1, Sziget Festival) the minimum stay is 3 nights. If you wish to stay only 1 night, please inquire. Credit card number is requested to guarantee your booking. In extra season or in case of staying 7 nights or more, pre-payment is required.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
